THE life of Robert frost
Robert Frost was born in March, 1874. His father died at a young age, and Frost was forced to live with his grandparents. He graduated co-valedictorian, with Elinor White, his future wife. After high school, Frost attended Dartmouth College for a few months, but returned home. His first poem was published in 1894, and he married Elinor in 1895. In 1897, Frost attended Harvard University, but was forced to drop out, due to health concerns. Frost's poems did not gain success until 1912, when he moved to England to find publishers. In 1917, he settled down on a farm in New Hampshire, and worked as a teacher for many colleges. He died in January 1963.
